New Home!
It’s official! Nick and I are homeowner’s. We closed on our new home this afternoon and we are already so tired and excited at the same time. I took some video so you could get an idea of what the place looks like, but I apologize in advance for any nausea that this might cause. I’m a little shaky with the camera:
So far we have picked out paint colors, started ripping up the carpeting in two of the bedrooms, & removed all the light fixtures and window coverings. There will be a lot of cleaning, painting, etc. going on this 4th of July weekend. We met my family to celebrate with pizza and champagne. Then we stopped at the bookstore to pick up a book each so we can go to bed and relax before falling asleep tonight.

which made me a very happy girl. Just wondering when I’ll have time to watch it considering we have so much to do with the new home!
